A Fall Hale Farm and Village Wedding | Cleveland Film & Digital Photography


Nestled in the heart of Bath, Ohio, Hale Farm and Village provided the perfect backdrop for K & B’s wedding day. With its historic charm, lush greenery, and rustic barns, it felt like stepping into a storybook. As a Cleveland-based wedding photographer who loves the artistry of both film and digital photography, I was excited to document their day in a way that felt both timeless and authentic.

A Documentary Approach

K & B weren’t particularly interested in posed photos, opting instead for a more documentary-style approach. My focus was on capturing the natural moments—the laughter, the subtle glances, and the vibe of the day as it naturally unfolded.


Cozy Fire pit Moments

As the night settled in, guests gathered around a cozy fire pit, sharing stories and enjoying the warmth of the flames. It was a perfect setting for intimate conversations and relaxed moments, which I loved capturing in a true storytelling manner.


Why I Love Film & Digital Photography for Weddings

Film photography brings a level of depth, richness, and nostalgia that digital simply can’t replicate. At the same time, digital photography allows me to capture spontaneous, fast-moving moments. For this wedding, I used film for playful moments and digital for the high-energy reception.
